Yoggaton [WORKSHOP]
30th July 2023

Yoggaton comes back to Trauma Tanzstudio, this time in Spanish!

Yoggaton is a movement practiceconceptualised by Maque Pereyra, it bridges Yoga and Reggaeton. In this workshop, we will warm up the body with a combination of yoga postures, conscious breathing and perreo. The idea is to connect with the sensuality, pleasure and divinity of the body without prejudice, allowing us to feel what this combination brings to the surface.

This practice works on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It is an intersectional methodology that includes decolonial strategies, intersectional feminism, spirituality and perreo as tools for empowerment and creation of new narratives with and from the body.

This workshop is open to all level, with or without pre-existent body training.
